Kept the 317 heads and the other things I need, selling whats left. I am going to find an aluminum LS2 block.

I only wanted the 6.0 for the heads and block but am going aluminum so no need for the block.

$500 for each motor not complete, 5.3 is a long block though.

I am STRONGLEY considering not having a car for a while, I think I would rather get the motor done and have the other parts ready to go and then get a car and swap everything in.... no point in have a roller or stock car with nothing to do with it for a while taking up room.

i must say that i would take a c5 vette over a 4th gen fbody in a heartbeat. including its headaches with regard to modding. i know the vettes aren't racecars, but they do everything so much better than fbodies i don't know how someone could drive one and say.....yeah, i think i'll take the fbody instead.
