Well the fuel is out of the car, some of its on Jeff, some out it is at Pizza hut, some of it is on my sisters garage floor.............
Have 12 gallons of 110 waiting to go in.
Yeah those killer plug wires I got, they are for HEI style distributor caps (the ones with the brass points coming out), the distributor has the female socket style!!!!!!!!!
The car has all the warning signs of having a points distributor, either way this winter I am converting to an HEI MSD billet distributor with an MSD DIS-6 Box. After talking to one of the guys at work today that seems the way to go for what I want. For the cost of the plug wires for another hundred bucks or so I can get another distributor and it does not look like you can get the race wires with female distributor ends........
SOOOOOOOO I just orderd a set of plugs from Summit that are the same ones that are in it now and I will run them till next winter.
If Jeff is not busy we will swap fuel pumps and get it fired up Saturday or me and my dad will or something......... and if the weather is nice I will take it to the new house.
Jeff and I are also going to do some "timing adjustments" with his timing gun once the race gas goes in
Ask Jeff about my Mt. Dew at Pizza Hut lol........

He sold it a while back on ebay. I heard he picked up another one about a month ago though. Don't know much about it but I am pretty certain it is quicker than the last. Anybody know anymore? Sedanman maybe?

I heard he was having issues with the last one with its engine and the builder said it would make XXX HP and come to find out id did not and I guess this guy blamed it on the exhaust or something. Did not see him after that time frame. Really cool guy, talk to him when I see him.
Before that I was in a race car Ferrari with a guy and he wanted to race Terri, I told him that that was one of the last cars he wanted to mess with, he did anywase and it was not pretty.
Terry put like 10 cars on him before the Ferrari was at WOT haha, but for the Ferrari it was a twisties car and had a small V8 in it if I remember.

Sure, Ferraris are great for corners, and the very top ones are pretty good in the straights. But it is difficult to beat U.S. hotrods in a straight line. When they are built correctly, of course. F/I on V-6s, for example.
AFA Focus SVTs, the 3 door was a nice piece, 6 speed, great interior, VVT variant, but no blower. Although Jackson does make a blower, and it produces good power for a 4 banger. IMHO, their biggest failing was that SVT souped up the 2 liter, not the 2.2 liter. JMHO.
And my DD is a Focus VTEC, so I have a little seat experience. Compared to GMs offerings, it is a road race / autocross champion.

Benny, not sure what that has to do with a Cobras Vs a Ferrari
Yeah he knew he would get beat but itwas a bad car, full cage, race seats and harnesses, DOT sticky road race tires on all 4 corners, full suspension work, ect ect.
My head was out the window just about in one of the corners...... A few people saw me out that night
On a side note I got my cheap-o wires to get the car runing this weekend.
If the weater stays nice I may make a nice first impression and take teh car over to my new house then.
Just to get to it in my sub-division I have to pass two cops and have at least one neighbor who is a cop, maybe two.
Also have a fairly steel driveway that will take some go pedal effot to get up it
I was told there are a few pretty bad cars in the sub-division also........... hear one of them is a black LS1 99 Z................

Hell yeah... thats cool. Now you gotta get to workin on that thing man, Spring is around the corner.
Just too bad My car isn't going to be done in time. In fact I may just wait till I get the entire driveline before I put it all in my car. I'm planning on going with the 383 I'm building and putting in a built 4L60E Transmission with a 3800stall and a moser 12 bolt with 3.73's in it. But I'm not getting the transmission and rear end till next winter so I dunno!! Kinda want to get the Iroc back on the road before summer, so I'm gonna use some of my money to buy new heads for it and slow walk the engine build on my Formula. Just wish I was rich ya know!
