Blake, I wish I had as much room to work in the engine bay as you do.
Thats looking good too! I've seen some guys just cut out the fenderwells on the s-10. Then you have to worry about a lot more dirt and other crap getting in to the compartment.

Thanks, yeah I really wanted to keep the fenderwells being that it is a semi show truck.

I have always known that there is not a lot of room in the engine bay, but as I started to make these headers it really put it in perspective. That rear tube is going to be a pain cause I almost need some tighter radius bends. I have about 3" from the head to the steering shaft and I 'm using 1 3/4" tube.

Yea, One project I have always wanted to try is to small block either a ranger or s-10. If you think you were laughing trying to catch traction before with street tires. I'm sure you gonna laugh when you try it turboed.

LOL, yeah with the 20's on there traction doesn't really exist. With my mt e/t streets it hooks pretty good. With some more seat time and better rear suspension I could some some 1.6 sixty foots

Oh and Small block s-10 FT W and Ranger FTL

Its weird though. I grew up on fords. I've owned pontiacs almost all the time I've been licensed, except for the talon. I still want to small block a ford. Father has the truck and a 5.0 to put in it.
