As long as there is a steady supply of older cars that don't weigh 4500 lbs that I can cram a GM V8 into, I'm content.

I think the V8 fun cars are a dying breed in this market.
No ****...all the cars that are coming out with fantastic V8 engines all weigh 3900-4400 lbs except the vette. The mustang gt is light but has a weak *** piece of **** engine in it. All these 400+hp motors running around stuck in 4000 lb cars with 18 inch wheels...still a bunch of 13 second cars, its sad.

Big wheels make it Custom! If you look at some of the new "Super Cars" coming out right now they are are all getting heavier too. And they're using magnisium, aluminum, carbon fiber, and kevlar. i.e. GTR

Ken,

Sorry to hear about your father. I'm glad he got his final wishes of being with his family in his home and not lying on a table with un-familiar faces around.

Hey how often do you guys meet up over there in Ft. Wayne? I live in Plymouth, but won't be home that often this summer since I'm taking summer classes down at IU. Just thought if you guys were having a big g2g or something sometime this summer I could cruise over there.

I know some people go out of town/go to the lake that weekend. Probably the biggest weekend would be Bodigans party in mid/late July, but every weekend that the weather is nice there's a good turn out.

Every non holiday with good weather from April through October there are usually somewhere between 8-40 cars up at Hall's on Lima/Coliseum (or occasionally somewhere else when the idiots get us booted). Generally at Hall's though. If you drive down coliseum after sunset it's pretty hard to miss us.

Switches, thanks for posting up the information on the viewing/funeral.

Does anybody have a mechanical fuel psi gauge to confirm my diagnosis of a faulty fuel pump on my Buick park avenue? It has the schrader valve by the pressure regulator, and the fitting appears to be the same as the 6.0's and 8.1's that we have at work. I will only need the gauge for a short bit. I would like to borrow, but i will pay if thats necessary. Thanks, Luke

Damnit I'm pissed. Came home today to see a piece of the siding hanging onto the house and the other side scratching my firebird to hell. Now I gotta go get that fixed instead of installing the headers this weekend.
