Another Hot as hell day but some fun with friends at the track. Thanks to Lingenfelter for the track day.....Chad for the use of his tires, Eric for his help and the canopy, John for the use of his compressor, JPH for his help, and Kurt for rocking the SS to it's best time ever.....Ryan good to meet you...nice car man!!

Fun Times, Congrates on the new pesonal best for SS. Wish I was there when it happend just had to leave,sun burnt and tiredd from all the sweating I did,LOL. Fun time though oh and the AC was freezing all the way home HAHA

Thanks, car has potential for a 10.99-11.0 NA...better conditions....work on the setup a bit more and buy some wheels and tires.

That was a good time! Thanks also to LPE for hosting the awesome track day. It was hot, but as Darren said, the track time with all the old friends was well worth the heat.
Thanks to Eric and D for driving down with me. Joe somehow messed with my suspension and got a faster time with a slower 60' time
I think I just need to run it a bit more now that it is tweaked. When I had the car apart late spring/early summer I had the shocks rebuilt, and re-installed. Joe was the first one to actually adjust them where they needed to be. We'll have to all go again when its cooler.
Did anyone run anymore after I left? Massey?

...also I had a best MPH for my car today (which was strange given the heat conditions). The car has never seen a decent track time.
I would like to see if some GTO spare tires would clear my front brakes to have somewhat of a "skinny" setup up front with my slicks in the back. Anyone got a pair I could try to fit up?
