We had a few maintenance guys that were like this. They were all pretty much fobbits but eventually I was able to get approval to start taking them out on missions and use them as pallet pushers and just ride along and see where all their hard work pays off. A couple of them showed up dresses worse than this dude with about ten knives strapped to their torso. I'm in aviation by the way.
