Im at the Security forces academy right now and I have orders to MacDill in March I'm stoked it sounds like fun out there. Anyone know the deployment rates?

Im at MacDill. Im a crew chief and it sucks here but im dealing w/ it. My car is at Ohio been there since 05' when I went overseas.

Deployment rates have skyrocketed. They say we stay home 6 months and go right back out but this is how they get you. Your 6 month tour starts one your in the desert, Pre deployment training doesn't count. And we never do stay 6 months, more like 8. So the time frame you are looking at is 4 months home 8 months out, been that way for 2 years now. You will deploy 3-4 months after getting here.

Just moved in... Its gorgeous here. Work is another story though. BUT anyone know about that pewter T/A for sale on base in the used car lot they have going on? It looks nice.
