This garage is at the house I'm am currently looking at and gonig to make an offer on very soon. 36x32, two car on the left side with a wall dividing it from the right side door, which is a makeshift paint booth with ventilation and tons of lighting. Also, french drains installed inside and out! Upstairs is the same dimensions. Hopefully this will be mine soon....it will make a KILLER man-cave!

I'm in the same situation... I've got a house that was built in 1922. It's in a historic district, so there's all kinds of standards I've got to follow in order to build me a garage. I have one in my basement, but if anyone knows anything about rock foundations you know they like to leak during a heavy rain... Can't have that for my man cave. So I've got an architect working on some renderings. The bitch is mine has to be attached to the back of my house to get any kind of size. Good luck with yours!

There is a section for garages on 6speedonline and it's an open forum.
