Default Corvette intercooled twin turbo - small video

Hi Guys, I Hope you enjoy this quick video of the C6 twin turbo Corvette, let me know your thoughts. The roads were busy with traffic so I had to keep the speeds to a sensible limit.

Default With a spoiler it might be able to fly

it peels out at 100 mph, holyshit

gonna need some wider tires if you wanna keep it on the road

i'd think that an Ls2 with twin turbos would throw down a bit more than 630 rearwheel.

does lose a lot in the driveline or you just runnung low boost for tt's??

cool car, but the video sucks. If he could angle the camera a bit more upward so we could see the road a bit, it would be better.

i'm pretty sure he had it angled like that to show how fast he was going while blipping the throttle and breaking the tires loose at will. i would however like to see a vid from outside the car in a parking lot or at the track.

Having to peddle every damned gear looks awefully familiar. Definitely sucks.

A TT LS2 is no joke. I'm sure that thing is a riot to drive. Throw some big meats out
back.

ls2's already have a high compression ratio, you cant throw that much boost at it. waste of money imo, forged dish pistons and rods and throw a single turbo on there and your could see 900 rwhp and probably have spent the same.

but i cant really talk **** my car is stock

Bone stock engine on low boost - I don't need any more than 630 whp, it difficult enough to handle that amount of power on normal roads with street rubber.

I prefer a M6 trans for real driving on windy roads though the auto is defintely the way to go for straight line performance down the quater mile.

If you look later in the video at the scenery, it reminds me of the vette video that looses control and hits a tree. I doubt it is the same car but thought i might ask. Badass Car in the end either way lol.

Thankfully I've not hit any trees though it has crossed my mind at times - a twin turbo Corvette makes winding roads feel real narrow at 80 to 100 mph.

The road was closed for a hill climb event, the left side is the quickest way up the mountain.
