Default TOM VOLKOS RIPPED ME OFF

August 28th, six weeks ago he sent me an E-mail saying he got the $464.00 cashiers check for the parts I bought. I have not heard from hin since that time. I have sent a dozen e-mails and PM's with no responce. Dead or in the hospital is the only reason for him not to respond. I know that is not true because people have told me they have seen him at the track. I'm filing mail fraud charges. Mail fraud is a felony. The bad part is I'm going through a divorce and the bitch is screwing me over too. All this combined has caused me to be a man on the edge right now. I'm so pissed right now, I'm even considering driving 1000 miles to stop a mud hole in his ***. Maybe I can catch him at "Skippy's" where he works.

What the **** is up with these people not shipping the parts after they are paid for. Anyone ever see the movie "Scarface"? Tony Montana was right, all you have in this world is your ***** and your word. Dont break either for anyone.
Ship this guy his part. Anything less would make you a punk. FSSOTNT

Lets see...told me countless times. The last e-mail I got from you was August 28th saying you got the money. You have never responded to a single e-mail or PM in the past 3 months until this very defensive responce. This is not the way to do business. If any of memebers on this board ordered a product from a sponsor and it took 12 weeks to get the product and every time they were to call or email and they got no reply....Well, I don't think that company would stay in business long. By posting items on the "for sale" section of this board, you a doing business. Pre-selling parts from a parted out car and calling people childish for wanting these parts in some sort of timely manner is very unprofessional. It took you three months to respond to this feedback. I'm pretty sure the only reason you did is some sort of last ditch effort to save face since you trying to sell some more parts in the "for sale" section again. Tom, all you had to do was just respond and say you were working on it. I never e-mailed or sent a PM more than once a week. Because you didn't respond at all for twelve weeks, I could only assume that I was being ripped off. I'm going to the bank tomorrow to cancel the money order and get my money back. Lets hope I can get it.

Well Tom,

You didn't respond to my PM. The bank said the Cashiers check is not outstanding. Meaning you cashed it. Where are my parts then? It has been over three months now. I think you should banned from buying or selling on this forum!!!! Would a moderator please step in.

One person is calling it a Cashiers Check and the other is calling it a Money Order. Money Orders are paid for with cash when drawn. Whether or not the payee cashes it or not, the drawer is still out the money.
Advertising something for sale when it is not ready to be sold and holding an instrument of payment for 12 weeks or more, whether cashed or not, is what is bullshit. Payment should have been sent back.
