VERY POOR SELLER!! Do not buy from this guy!! He will use every excuse!! And blame you when it doesn't go right!! Poor communication when he wants to avoid you, he also asks you to send thru paypal "as a gift"!!! DON'T DO IT!

This guy takes forever to ship your parts. I purchased 2 items (drivers side door trim and a safety hood latch). When they finally came, one was clearly the incorrect part (for the passengers side) and the other had no paint on it at all and was rusted in very poor condition. Even worse he insisted I pay "AS A GIFT" thru paypal to avoid fees for himself. I now realize this was probably so I can't file a claim with paypal... DO NOT FALL FOR THIS LIKE I DID!! After many attempts to contact him for a refund he will not, even if I return the useless parts!

Here is the time line of our transaction:
Feb. 27th 2010 - Payment for trim sent via paypal $19.61 as gift & I told him to pm me when it ships out and he said he would.
March 5th 2010 - 7 days later still not shipped out, after I pm'ed him about it he gave excuses why he couldnt pick the part off the car, and said he'd get it in a day or 2.
March 6th-8th 2010 - I pm'ed back and forth if he had another part he could ship along with the 1st one,,, he said he did and I told him id send more money when I got paid next.
March 15th - Payment for 2nd item was sent via paypal as gift echeck $25(because Im in Canada it took till the 24th to clear and be in his paypal, he later complained about this but thats paypals rules not mine)
March 24th - 2nd payment cleared and was in his account. Told him again to pm me when the parts shipped out.
March 31st - 7 days after he got my money,, just like the 1st time, no response of the parts being shipped,, after many pm's and one final heated one, he finally answered giving me more excuses that because of the wait on the second payment he had broke the item and needed more time to get another. I asked for a partial refund so I could get only the one part sent to me,, he wouldn't do this. Probably already spent my money.
April 1st - I sent another email 8 days and still no ship, he then emails me, still blaming me for everything, and tells me both parts I wanted shipped out that day.
April 13th - I receive the package containing one clearly incorrect part and the other was in very poor shape, it was totally rusty containing no paint, it looked like it was from a burnt car and left outside for a yr or two. Asked for a refund and got no response, I offered to send all parts back.
April 14th - Gave him another day to respond or I leave neg feedback, I was calm and respectfull (I have the pm's all saved),,, here is what he wrote:
"THE WAY YOU BEEN TALKING TO ME, I'M SORRY BUT ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO RETURNS! NEG FEEDBACK ISN'T GOING TO HURT ME AT ALL, SO GO FOR IT I'LL ALSO DO THE SAME FOR YOU TOO!"

Does that sound like someone you want to buy parts from???

All this started from this thread when he PM'ed me. I have every private messages saved if anyone wants to see, as he wouldn't write on my thread. I can also provide pictures of the items he sent me.

This was my 1st transaction on here,,, But I've sold and bought over 200 items on ebay and currently have 100% positive feedback, I also have had over $10,000 in purchases on other Fbody message boards,,, and this is my 1st run in with a neg purchase on a forum.

Ive been in contact with paypal and because he got me to send payment marked as a gift I can not file a claim against him... Kinda makes me think he wanted to rip me off right from the start.

And after looking into his ebay feedback I see ALOT on non paying bidder values and a comment where he sold scuffed parts to another individual.
Anyhow it just goes to show you,, if he messes up something he will not come good for it or accept any responsibility for sending the wrong part and rusted parts. I should of researched his background better..... So Like I said don't buy from him, It is just a matter of time 'till something else happens.
He has now resorted to using foul and derogatory language towards me on PM's for telling you all on here what happened. Classy

 

hmm i bought a 25k tranny cooler from him acouple weeks ago. works great as far as i can tell. From what im hearing he does NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT! hope all goes well. I also paid it as a gift. lots of guys do it even catch my self doing it at times.

 

Why would you even what to that.. he only saved himself 20cents.... now looking back I wonder if he had other reasons doing this,, like maybe he was already been in trouble with paypal and was worried about loosing his account.
Its not worth it anymore for me to send as a gift,,, its the 1st time I did it and theres NO way at all to get protected for your purchase thru paypal. I will not do it ever again no matter if I trust the person or not,,, so many things can happen,, lost in mail, wrong part sent, item gets broken in delivery, person decides not to ship,, their is a tone of things that could happen.
Your better off sending cash in an envelope thru snail mail haha

This guy may of sent out proper stuff before,,, but this guy is a real piece of work,, he some how still thinks this is all my fault,, hes arrogant, thinks he has every right to ship WHEN and WHAT he wants, no matter what you ordered in the 1st place. He has no understanding of other ppls feelings or needs, not a good guy to buy from,,, he is only out to make a fast buck and doesn't care how.

The last pm he sent he told me "to go ^&$% myself and to get a life" because i left feedback. I gave him tones of time,, Im done with this.
So I cant see him now changing his mind and refunding my money and letting me ship these wrong parts back now.

Lastly never buy from a person who cant tell the difference between left or right, passengers or drivers side or any concept of time. If I didn't know better I would assume he has farther issues then we know.

It just comes down to a person who doesn't take any responsibility for sending the wrong part to a customer, simple,, who does that?

It is funny what ppl will pm you and alert you of.....I just found out he's been scamming other ppl over on a different board and uses 2 different user names that I know of (DANZWS6 and SMALLBLOCKKING). Under the Smallblockking username on thirdgen.org he also has a very bad track record all consistent to what Ive encountered and the paypal and email accounts are the same as here.
With the large amount of posts he has been putting in the classifieds section everyday lately,,, looks like hes moved over here to scam ppl and youll see him posting alot of high dollar new items. Be careful!!!

 

this guy just got banned on thirdgen, also been reading he was up to his old tricks with 2 sponsor vendors on here.
Im still stuck without the parts that I paid for, and he's still not banned here yet. I hope Mods will take action soon.

Everyone says contact paypal to get a refund. But you, asked to be paid as a gift,,, which screws me from a paypal refund, thats what I get for trusting you.

My situation is very similar to the guy here. I was the one that, with help from other folks he'd stolen from, got him banned. Mods, this guy is a scammer!!! He is rude and unapologetic about ripping people off. Please ban him before he rips off more people.

This guy is a liar. He never shipped out what I payed for. When I asked if he could provide a tracking number or maybe a scan of the reciept indicating that he had shipped it, he flipped out and stopped responding to me. I filed a claim with Paypal, waiting on the results from that.

I learned this rule on here for a 1200 dollar set of heads NEVER send as a gift no matter what, if they dont accept it dont buy it from them there are tons of parts produced for these cars..... 2 go to your bank and say u didnt authorize the transaction and get your money back! I will not deal with anything over 100 bucks on any of these sites because of how bad I was ripped off beginning of this bummer! 700 on a motor from some bitch on here and 1200 for a set of heads on cz28.com. your lucky it was for that little of an amount and u can write it off in the worst case. So many people dealing with fbodys are such scam artists I cannot believe it. I learned my lesson, Ill use ebay or buy it from a vendor as much as it sucks trying to save a few bucks turns into thousands lost.

Make sure before you deal with anyone, where u dont want to risk loosing the money, to check for negative feedback, PM others and see if they got there parts, ask for ebay name to check that feedback, do your research.... because almost everyone seem would rip thier grandmas off if they could. These site admins and owners will not do a damn thing to help the buyer they just say read our rules blah blah. there has to b a better way then people getting ripped so much.

 

PM & Dan's address sent,,,,,,,, keep us updated,,,, and if he doesnt respond (and he wont) to the paypal dispute make sure you deal with it,,, you can close it when it will let you and youll get your refund,,,, make sure you research paypal's rules.... cause i didnt.
