Looking for Fast98SS350 - Shawn Penny - Albany, GA Does anyone know who this guy is or how to get hold of him. I sent him a payment of $350 for an LS6 intake w/ coolant pipes on 5/28/04 and I have not heard a word from him since 6/7/04. On his last comunication, he stated he received my payment and would be shipping the intake that week. It's now 6/27/04 and I have not received tracking numbers, the intake, or any futher communication from him. I'm not sure if he's been busy, on vacation or what.

He may have had a friend post the original "For Sale" thread for him, but Shawn is who I bought the intake from.

Camaroholic - Thanks for the help. It took me a while, but I was able to pull up similar information you did. Based on your post and the info I pulled up, this is how it went..
I called the number for Day & Night Cab Co and guess what?!? It's disconnected! So I called the Albany Chamber of Commerce. They had no record of Day & Night Cab Co, but they refered me to the Small Disadvantage Business folks...
The lady I talked to there was really nice. She said the Day & Night Cab Co merged with another company a while back and that she wasn't sure what was at 402 Flint. She found a phone number for the owner and it turns out it's the same number Camaroholic and I were able to dig up. I gave her a brief description of what was going on and she said she would drive by that address tongiht and let me know what is at that location.
Tomorrow is another day...

I haven't been able to find anything on this guy. You just confirmed my guess of what was at the address he gave me. Any ideas of how I find this ******?

is there a mailbox there? Also, how did you pay....if by check/money order then thats his real name. Call the Albany police and see if that would help. Damn scammers! Im within 30 mins of Albany and would be glad to catch this punk!

PewterSS84 - what do you mean by "the former owner has passes"? You think you could PM me some more information on the place? Maybe email me a picture of the area?

I can't imagine that Albany is that big a town (50k or so?). With a name like Penny, I would think somebody in that area would know who this guy is.
