Default 2001ws6ramair (aka Kevin Reese): step up [his name is Reese, not Breese]

I made a deal with 2001ws6ramair (Kevin Reese) on a set of polished y2k rims and tires for $900 shipped. The rims were said to be in 8-10 condition on a scale of ten and the tires with 75% tread left. I recieved the rims and they are curb rashed and scratched up, the tires are old, hard, and about 40-50% tread, a center cap is completely missing, and worst of all one of the rear rims is completely bent beyond repair. I've been very reasonable and asked for only a partial refund to compensate for the junk rim, I've even been accepting of the idea of some other parts in lieu of a cash refund. Its been over a week and no deal has been reached on compensation here. KEVIN: Let's get something done here or consider yourself a bad trader.

are you kidding me dude? I told you that I had no idea that there was a TINY bend on the BACK of ONE RIM. There is no way that the rim is bent beyond repair. Stop making it seam like I sent you a wheels bent in half. I told you that we could work something out but I had some personal issues to deal with. I told you that I would do whatever I could to make you happy. Ive had many good repor's with guys on here and now you wanna throw my name and call me out like this. **** you then! Dont even think im going to help you now.

I'll be posting pics on this thread so everyone can see your "tiny bend". Not to mention the center cap issue and the overall condition. If you take care of this issue I'd be happy to tell everyone how you rectified the situation. If not I'll post up your address etc. and put you on the bad trader list so eveyone knows who you are even if you try to change your screen name. I haven't done that yet, Im just calling you out to get this thing done. The ball is in your court....Also after reviewing the rim more closely, it is bent AAALLLL the way through, right onto the face. It looks like someone drove into an open manhole.

dude, as far as im concerned, you can kiss my *** after you try and trash me. Take your "bent" rim and jam it up your ***. I honestly couldn't care less about this issue now. BTW: I like now the only two posts you have are right here. I honesty wish i didnt sell you the rims if I know what a *** you were going to be. I had 4-5 other people waiting in line after you. If your life is that F'n sad that your going to try and kill someones rep after I already said I would of fixed it.

I see how it is. I never expected you to do anything anyway. Only a low-life would totally misrepresent what they were selling anyway. I hope you don't need to sell anything else though. When I get home I'll be posting your name and address on here as well as LS1.com. Followed by a pic of the rim....And you can try and discredit me because of my post count but the fact is I know many members personally and was formerly Midnight Z where I was a member on LS1.com since 2001. You are really showing everyone what an *** you are by your previous 2 posts. Keep digging yourself in a hole. My request was more then fair and easy for you. Now I demand a full refund. I'm sure I won't get it voluntarily, but I will follow up legally. $900 is too much for me to just chalk up as a loss. Good luck.....The people that you supposedly had in-line for the rims dont realize how lucky they are.

your right. your request was a fair idea and I said I would handle it didnt I? I also told you that I had some personal issues I had to deal with. You said you underestand that part and I would do my best to take care of the matter. But now you wanna go and throw me under the bus. So as of now, I reallyn couldnt care less. Im finished with you.

2001ws6ramair, this is a horrible way to solve this issue. if he says the rim is bent beyond repair and you think it is not tell him to ship it all back and you will give him a refund all he has to do is eat shipping, because you ate it once. he should agree to that. but by you not helping him at all when he post about it makes you seem like ou have something to hide or that you are saying "you hurt my feelings, now its your problem" that fine there is not really all that much he can do, but once the pics are posted and you still refuse you ARE a bad trader if you do nothing about it. before you say you dont care what i say, this is my oppion i am outside of the loop, but it really seems now that once someone does not completly agree with you, you shut down. best of luck to the both of you. Post up the pics.

Thanks man, here is one of the photos which you can clearly see the rim is severely bent. After looking more closely at the rest of them, they are all in pretty ratty shape. One front is curbed like 1/3 of the rim. They are all scratched up and clear coat peeling. I'll try to get some more picks up. What I'd really like is my money back. Send me the $900 and I'll eat the shipping sending the rims back. I guess I'd settle for working out some kind of deal but I really just feel screwed at this point so I guess something is better than nothing.

and # 5 http://img439.imageshack.us/img439/1631/imag00054aa.jpg

These pics show the general condition of the rims but they really are worse in real life.

I hope so. I don't think anyone will hold anything against him(myself included) if this situation is taken care of.

Look in his "EVO" FS thread, he posted his work number in there, he works for a Mitsu dealer in 610. That one rim looks tweaked, so right now it looks like he should address that asap.

First off, those rims were not even close to that shape when i sent them. I went over the wheels very very good before shipping them. And I can have people who actually saw them and almost bought them and can say that they were not even close to that condition. There is no way they were like that before. for all I know. you prob. put them on the car and bent them all up and now you want to blame me. Im not going to deal with you anymore and for any seller out here, DO NOT SELL TO THIS GUY!
