Calling to people who leave posi's on the street regularly!! I live a dream driving my car. I like to drive fast, but the burnouts are the most fun to be had as far as I'm concerned, and safer than 100+ too. I like the sleeper cars, so the '93 Firebird Formula I had previously was great. However, the LS1 stock power is wayyyy better, so I wouldn't have gone any other way after the '93 got totalled and somebody else's insurance had to buy me a new ride. Now I have a car with a tall highway gear that will outrun the slightly misfiring LT1 with a 3.23 by a full second in the 1/8th, all the while being much smoother about it. Sure is fun!!! How many of you peoples out there just love to break traction and feel the *** end slide around a least once a day?

Re: Calling to people who leave posi's on the street regularly!! That's what I mean, only when you want to of course. I agree it sucks big time to spin when trying to beat that 'stang in the other lane, but jut for kicks, burn 'em off!!!

I think she likes the way the Z can lay that rubber down!
I had got her to stomp it one day on one of those "back" roads... When I looked over at her, She was smiling sooo big, You would have swore her head was a PEZ Dispenser and the top was about to flip back!
Flip back to see them big *** POSI tracks in the road...
Yeah baby... This ain't your mammas 4 cylinder!!!

I left a fairly long set turning right onto my road Saturday night just to try and shake up my girlfriend driving behind me. It worked. She said "I just don't know how you car can stay going frontwards when it is that far sideways." She hates seeing it that way, says it scares her, but when she's riding through it, she likes it as long as I warn her before I sling us around. Actally the 400 treadwear tires don't leave dark stripes without a smoky burnout, but they loose traction easy and let me play around wth minimal throttle input.

Re: Calling to people who leave posi's on the street regularly!! i think my fave is when youre at a stop sign going to turn left. dont peel out right away but when you're starting to straighten out, ******* nail it and she drifts while your layin the trax down. "rear wheel steering" is right. fun stuff. i did that yesterday cause i was at a stop sign a little to long waiting for cars to go by.
