Default What brand were OE spark plugs?

Hi,

Could someone please tell me what brand of spark plugs would of been fitted to my 2001 TA when it was new?
One of mine is bad and I need to replace them, and would like OE.

Thanks for the help,
Paul.

AC Delco, and im pretty sure they were iridium. If your changing one bad plug, why dont you just change them all along with the wires? And I would go with NGK TR55 plugs and MSD wires.

Thanks for the reply TireSm0ke.
I will replace them all, and I did consider replacing them with MSD / NGK, but I can't see a real advantage in doing so IMO. I agree in theory they could be better, but the margin is so small not even a dyno can prove it. For a tiny increase, I would prefer to stick with OE. Even if it means changing the original plugs more often.
Thank you for surgesting the swap though, for some it could be a worth while swap, or cheaper than OE.

No, don't use synthetic oil in the transmission, if you want to know why, do a search.
