Default Engine Shake Video, Big Cam, Safe?

Hey guys just trying to see if this amount of shaking is safe. Im assuming its fine but I just like getting lots of oppinions especialy as im new to all this.

Stock motor mounts, tightened a couple hundred miles before the vid and planning on checking/tightening them every 4000 miles or so.

The camera doesnt catch the big left and right rocks as much as in real life, but at about 50 secs until the end you can tell a bit more.

(If link doesnt work then do this: delete the "&fmt=18" at the end of the link, then click HQ on botton right of video)

Thanks guys

It's fine, gives the car a nice feel inside at idle also.

mine does the same thing. It doesn't hurt anything if thats what your askin it just shakes. No big deal. I'm putting poly's in mine just be cause the motor shakes my y-pipe and it hits the floor of the car and makes a bunch of noise.

The energy has to go somewhere. If you put poly mounts in, it's just going to make the car shake worse... and the motor more stable. The car has more mass which dissipates the energy better however.

hmmmm, interesting, wear and tear/reliability wise it would probably be better to put poly mounts in though right, and have the full mass of the car absorbing the shake rather than the motor mounts?

Check out the oil pan shake too!!! lol

It should be fine...I don't know how you could stop it anyway...poly mounts will help but not a drastic change
