Default Removing the plastic grill up front is it really worth it?

I see alot of F bodies with them removed. Personally I like the grill I have the camaro imbossed in red. I dont like the clips that are left behind and I really dont like a billet grill. Is there any power increase? I really dont see how the car breaths, with it on. So my question is If I take it off will I see any gains in power or should I just leave it on?

Remove it, theyre ugly IMO. It looks much better with it just removed, but when I removed mine, it had rubbed a line through the paint in a few spots. So I got the SLP grille & they look badass

you can sand and paint your grill and add red lettering to it. my grill was like that for a wile then i hit a possum and that messed it up so i went with a black billet and 69 camaro z28 emblem and im really liking it.
click on the fquick link in my sig ad there are some more pics.
thats the best pic of the grill i have so far havent done a full photo shoot yet.

How difficult is it to take off? Without breaking the tabs that hold it in, in case I want to put it back on?

I agree. Between the rebar and styrofoam absorber that is placed behind the facsia to protect you from an accident, there is not to much area for air to get through

The only way to put it back on once you use the "pull" method is to remove your facsia off your car. So if you dont know if you will like what is behind the grill, i wouldn't take it off

Ive always liked the way it looks off myself but IIRC there are holes that the grille mounts with that need to be filled in, otherwise it looks a little goofy.
