Have a 02 A4 T/A . How do I know if I have traction control and if so how do I turn it off???????


Anybody have any advice on using a Predator Tuner??

Look above your radio for a button that says TCS (I think that is what the FB's say). It will be to the right of your rear window defroster and under your AC vents. It will be on all the time unless you turn it off each time you start driving. If that is not where the TA has the TC then the button may be somewhere else. Step on it and see if your wheels spin and if a low traction light comes on if you cannot find the button, I am sure someone will be more helpful than I have been, LOL.

 

Chances are, if you're asking, you dont have it. There would be a switch next to your ciggarette lighter.

 

Camaro says ASR, Firebird says TCS. If you don't have it, you'll have a hollowed space next to your lighter.

 

How come the camaro has it above the radio & under the AC, is it a design necessity???

 

It's called Pontiac has nicer interiors

 

LOL, I like my. I think it is nice inside, of course my first car was 25 yrs old, LOL.

 

I like my Camaro's interior as well... but compared to my g/f's 03 Grand Am GT... It sucks. One of my friends has a 00 T/A WS6 and another a 99 Formula WS6. Their interior also kicks my Camaro's *** as well.

 

yeah...TCS is next to the cig ligher...in front of the shifter. Its built into a small panel that has a firebird emblem on it.

 

If you think the car may have been torn apart and redone or something...you might want to check your drivers sides door codes....I'm not sure whicho one it is, but If its your original door, that code will be there.
