Lots of options, depending on priorities (cost vs. longevity of plug) and application (colder, hotter)
NGK TR55s will work just as well as any of the fancy platinum or iridium tipped plugs at considerably less cost, but the trade-off is that they won't last as long. As far as heat range goes, that will be application dependent, but if the engine is anywhere between stock and full bolt-on level, the TR55s are a sure bet.

I have always used stock heat range even with a cam/header car. I know some people use the colder plugs for more aggressive NA setups, but I never did and never had any issues.

To add,
I ran TR55's when I was full bolt on and cam, never had any problems as well. Now I'm running TR6's on 8#'s of boost at 600+ hp, plugs never show signs of being to hot. Most people I see running a #7 range plug are 750-800+ hp cars, with a lot of boost. you'll be just fine on a #5 heat range plug.
