fired her up on open headers it was on jack stands still and my girl friend pushed the clutch in for me. i turned the key and scared the living **** out of her. it was sooooo bad ***, after the hurricane passes i'm def. takin her out. all i have to say is

I am still running off the y-pipe with my LT headers, due to me waiting for the borla to put in place of the resonator on LM. I am going to the track tonight to see what I will run with no catback and a slipping clutch.

I would love to hear a sound bit of that...
I know a sound file would not give the whole picture, but......

I had just finished putting the 400small block into my '85 Regal, and decided to start it up for the first time(not even thinking how loud 10.5-1 comp would be out openheaders). when i turned it over it made me jump, and one of the young kid playing outside accross the street started crying. I felt like a Bad ***

My old car sounded close to open headers...I went through a parking garage at full throttle like that!!! Sounded like a one car NASCAR race. People actually ran away from all the noise. Too funny,

Open headers are too much fun...right after we got done with the 340 small block in my old Dodge dart...we fired her on open headers with the solid cam loping like crazy. The cops showed up then

The day I installed my headers the neighbor was having a birthday party for their kid. 
Idle didn't bug them but after letting it warm up I revved it up to almost 5000rpm.

My car is basicly open headers, and I was told to slow down when I passed by a bunch of kids. I saw this as a perfect opening for me to test my new HPs from the tunning. 
They were covering their ears, and yelling. I was satisfied, mainly because this was the same family that told me before when I was going under the speed limit. I thought about it last time, and did it this time.
Note to parents: Do not let your kids play in the street at 11p.m.!!!!!!!!!! Dumb asses, lucky I was going the speed limit.

GOD DAMNIT STOP POSTING ABOUT HOW GREAT OPEN HEADERS SOUND!!! YOU ARE GOING TO FORCE ME TO SPLURGE MORE MONEY ON THE ***** AND GET DUAL CUTOUTS!!!
After I installed my headers last year I had to drive it around for over a month open header!
I went WOT through a fully enclosed tunnel once...........OMFG that was the ****! I loved it SOOOOOO much........
Another time I went about 4k rpm away from a light, and I swear to god on my life that this OLD, OLD slightly hunchbacked lady on the side of the street whooped and pumped her fist through the air! I SO wish I had that on video, though nobody would ever believe it to be true........it happened! I never got pulled over or questioned by any police either, and the night i installed them i went driving around slowly (was actually scared to give it a lot of gas
