Default crunching noise...Help

I hear a crunching sound coming from the front of the car. It's only at slow speeds (10-20 mph). As I get going at cruising speed it's gone. When car is sitting, no noise, I rev it, no noise. It sounds like paper being crumbled up. If that helps. Anyone else have this. I need some help.
Thanks
Tony

is it constant untill you reach 20, or is it a here-and-there noise

it's constant as long as I have the gas down, but once I hit 15-20 mph, no more noise. It doesn't sound engine related, b/c it doesn't do it will i'm in park and reving the engine. Here is something weird, it's been wet the past 2 days and it hasn't made a peep. Maybe wheel bearings?

no throttle = no noise?

id check the throttle valve

i had a simiplar problem noise was constant, and louder with speed but after 60 the exhaust tone masked it, only had the noise under throttle, the more i listened to it i found it coming from the rear end, the gears are out of mesh

I have that exact same noise but from the rear. I only hear when at a slow speed and mostly when turning. It has to be in the suspension somewhere. My car is still under warranty so I will be taking it to the dealer shortly.
Could this be bushings?

Default Noise

Nope, it isn't being drowned out, it's a very distinct noise, couldn't miss it if I drove a dumptruck through a nitroglycerin plant. I haven't heard it the last 3 times I drove the car, it's been wet though, maybe the wet "lubed" up the racket. Maybe wheel bearings?
