Ported Throttle Body helps too (in the MPH trap speed dept, less so in the RWHP dept).

Also, if you have an A4, 400rwhp is harder to come by than with an M6.

Funny.
It's also weakest so far.

One cam from Futral (FM 13) and call it a day. The rest are bolt-ons that are your foundation. Add a nice pair of heads to the F13 and you're at 425rwhp easily. How is that hard?

LS6 cam= baby
Stock LS heads= 15rwhp (at most) over stock ls1 heads.

So, in the end, I did as much "work" as the Summit kit and yielded 425rwhp with a TSP cam and TEA heads (using crap SLP headers). I added a 90mm LSX intake and better QTP headers and things bumped to 460rwhp.

400 rwhp is 400 rwhp, no matter how you make it. But in the end, I question if the LS6 swap kit can even get you to 400rwhp.

Won't get you but about 385rwhp either

Get and F-14 cam, pulley, ported TB, LT headers, Lid, Exhaust (duals or cat-back) That should get you right at 400rwhp. Add some heads and you are at ~450+rwhp

SouthFl.02.SS, 777, and freakynipples69 know what they're talking about. They have been here for a while now and I've been reading what they have to say. Can't go wrong with listening to these guys. The only problem I've had with reaching 400rwhp is the $$. Kinda hard to pay for the car, full-coverage, apartment, gas (LOTS of it), tires, repairs, and still have enough left for mods to reach that goal. Also, those numbers do not include install $$.

Word. Especially on the Gas comment, I went cruising on a full tank one night and the next morning I went to fill it back up and spent over $15 in gas one night!!

Mine's a $10 a day habbit. Sometimes $15 on the weekends. I know, I know, I need to quit. Maybe some counseling would help.

I wanna see how far I can get on all external bolt ons before I touch anything internal on the motor. Get it flowing good on both ends. So far everything I've done has had a positive effect on performance. That's what I'd do, well am doing, cheap HP. Just my $0.02.

That's crazy. It's $2.50 and I use about $35 a week. It's my daily driver too.
