Sunset Orange....
I really like this color, but is it really worth almost 1-2k more than another low milage ws6
Ive been looking at a 02 Ws6 with 22,400 miles on it and the best i can get him down to is 22,500
Is this rare car really worth it, or should i keep looking. btw im in orlando and prices here seem to be a bit higher

sunset orange has a large fan club that will typically pay more for that color. Its mostly because they aren't as common to see driving around, and its a kick *** color. You might pay a little more now, but it will also be easier to sell later.

Very true, im just so in love with the color i didnt want to get screwed just because i cant stop drooling over it. So you wouldnt say 22,500 isnt too bad of a price, i know its expensive but its so georgous

I would seriously consider it. White/pewter/blue/red/silver/black '02 WS6's with more miles are going for $23-25K here where I live (I've been shopping for one). I think I would jump on it.

if your looking at it from a "its just a LS1" perspective sure, but not everyone is satisfied with just any color with any options.
To me its an all out perfect car, i couldnt want anything more than that exact car.
I just have to pay the price to get the car of my dreams and have a basicly stock car for a while thats ******* georgous to look at.
Plus if i saved money id only spend it on mods and get myself into another un-reliable mess of a car

22,500 for a wonderful used f-body!! I think I paid less new in 01..wow I would pass..but that's me.
Dude, Save a little more and by the Generals better product a Vette.
These cars ain't worth that much no matter what color. But to each his own enjoy your car. And you must really love these cars to pay anymore than 10k mint for one. And again...remember.. think twice... pay once. Impulse buy will get you every time.
These cars will never bring big time collector prices...period. (well some tuner ones might) I guess unless you never drive it, but what fun is that.
Hope it don't drink oil, slap, bust up the 7.625" ring and pinion, cause you might need a little extra cash to "take care of the Generals shortcomings". Way too steep 22k

you do realize the retail on a 2002 WS6 with 22K miles is more than what that guy is asking, don't you?
The car is worth what the buyer is willing to pay, so if he wants to pay 22k for a used f-body.. that's his deal, and I wish him well.
Personally I wouldn't pay anymore than 10 maybe 15k. But that's me.
