kooks 17/8 long tubes and TSP true duals for quality and a great sound and pacesetters 13/4 with matching ORY pipe for best bang for the buck!

if it's got the slp dual/ dual exhaust you can sell that for a good chunk of change. They usually go around $200+used. I am running that with longtubes and ory. Whatever you do stay away from the slp longtubes. Especially if you like going over speed bumps.

True duals would be great if you have an exhaust shop that you trust enough to do it.

What kind of exhaust do you have on it right now? If you already have the dual-dual tips you have slp's power flow exhaust on your car already. In that case I would keep that exhaust and put some long tubes and a off road y on it(if you can get away with that where you live). That is what I wished that I had done with mine.

Kooks would be some very nice headers(1 7/8 may be a little too big for a stock car though........just check with Kooks and they will tell you)

corsa clone tips would be a really nice touch to the appearance of the car also.

I have a 00' Hawk with the SLP muff and the dual/dual tips. I am wondering how a magnaflow would sound in comparison. I am not wanting the flowmaster sound on this car. I saw a thread a while back that had a bunch of picks of exhaust tips on it. Can't find it now. I remember seeing a set of tips that were sick, but I can't find them. They were dual/duals and basically big squares but looked really good.

Good luck on your exhaust search.

if you have a hawk, take your exhaust off but do not sell it. the SLP dual dual has been discontinued and is worth some bucks. it also goes with the car, its along the same line as buying a ws6, and selling the hood, to put a lesser one back on. the dual/dual sounds mean though with some headers in front of it. have you considered that?
