Mine still sucks. 1.65 60ft 7.39@93.65. Corrected altitude was +24ft. I looked back at one of our EFI races and out of 7 passes with corrected alt between +900-1200ft alt I pulled six 7.2x's with a best of 7.23 with the 6 speed. So either this auto ain't gonna cut it or I got an issue somewhere. Looks like Daddy 6 speed might be coming back. I'm going to tear mine down this week and find out what the problem is.

Yea it would just be nice to get alot of F-Bodys together so when the weekend come around we can go and out number the rice burners for a change lol. What would yall think about this Tuesday around 5:30ish or 6? I understand people work late and all but we have to start somewhere. If we need to change something just say it. I also know everyone wont be able to make it but if we can get enough cars together we could do it more offten to show the work in progress.

Why the hell would they fill your NOS bottle with air?

 

I called them Thursday to see if they could fill it and they said they might have enough to fill one more bottle but they have a new bottle by 12 Friday. I figured i would just wait till Friday and make sure they had enough. Me being in a hurry to go nowhere i stopped buy there around 11 cause i was on that side of town. They told me they had some and i told them to just fill it and check the bottle for leaks and there wasnt any. Seeing that this is the first bottle i have ever filled i didnt know how much heavier it would be. Thats my story lol sorry it was so long.

10lb i have two 10 lbs and a sneaky pete and should have gotten both of the 10lb bottles filled just to see what they would have said.

 

Hmmm, It's possible they did that on purpose then, just trying to cheat ya outta your cash.

 

I dont know what the going price is for nitrous but everyone i talk to says it take 40 to fill a bone dry 10lb bottle. I had 3lbs and they said they added 7 lbs and it cost me 40. Sounds kinda shady to me. I dont think they had any nitrous cause i know i had 3lbs and got 2 passes out of the bottle and now its just air and sitting over 600psi still in the bottle cold.

 

Was leaving at 5500rpms. It bogged on the 1.63. So that tells me there is some more on that. Shoulda left at 6k like I planned, but we were on the bracket runs then so I didn't want to change anything.

 

I have a mother bottle, and my car's broken. Got rid of the deep freezer though, so you have to freeze your own bottle.

Steve, this is the only launch picture my wife was able to get and she was so far off you really can't see anything. She had to leave or we would've gotten some better ones for everyone.

I bet that launch felt good, cant wait till i can i can finally do a real launch. I put in to get thurs and fri off as my regular days off. Boss says i might have a shot at getting it. If thats the case i will definitely be out there more with yall
