It sticks only when you are banging through the gears, normal driving it works fine. I have not done the drill mod although I have read about it on this forum. It is a 2002 with 98k miles. My wife is driving it right now until I can put a new fuel pump in her Yukon. I hope to get through with that this afternoon.

Now what do you suppose could be in there?
Kittlers did a GREAT job cleaning them up. They replaced the seals, did a valve job, and tested the springs.
I also painted the block.

I heard most of you guys that are making excuses for not running tomorrow (like it's too hot or I can't shift gears good enough or I have swine flu) are really just scared to line up with the stock 03 Mach 1 that is coming there to slap some bolt on LS cars around. Say it ain't so!!!

WOW, the story behind that ******* video is a good one. It wasn't planned or pre-meditated. It was so spontaneous it was crazy. And the bitch still hadn't gotten out of the car.

Welp! looks like im going to have to put it on ya'lls a$$ afterall. I called the track because the entry fee was a tale or two tales. Come to find out it cost me $10 to spectate and a additional $10 to come in and park with ya'll,so it looks like i'll be making a few "Gentle" runs so i don't leave feeling like i have been bent over the rail......sort of speak!
I see the other side of the coin in keeping the race cars in and the spectators rides out to open the parking more but $10 come on!

Yea I seen that. I'm on the fence about this as I can see both sides. On one hand it will make them a little extra $$$ and maybe help push some of the people who have never raced but always want to into giving it a shot.
But on the other hand, it will definitely **** of some and they may never return. I would have gone with $10 to watch parking in spec section and $15 watch parking inside. But I'm not complaining about because I'm just glad we will finally have our track back open and it is run by real racers. I'm sure they are going to trying many different things until they get it right. I really like the way they are setting up the Saturday races. Now we will see which crowd really supports the place the most, the street guys that TnT, the bracket/index crowd, the motorcycle guys or the riceboys.

I was thinking a extra $5 to park inside the gates was more reasonable. I just happened to be one of the first to be pushed into racing with the extra parking fee.
I will not park mine outside the gates for people to tamper or get a closer look at. I'm 100% in support for the new track owners and hope it does well. 99% of the other time i will be racing so it's $20 no matter but it's still rubs me wrong to have to pay racing fee to park inside

well it turned out to be pretty rough out there tonight for some. In 7 hours i only got two passes but wasn't putting forth much effort. Track was greasy while the sun was up so traction was tough to come by. During the hottest part of the day i picked up about .5 mph. Once the sun went down I picked up another 2 mph on a bad run. So 2.5 mph total was all i had to show for it. Im pretty happy with that and the car felt great going down the track. At the end of the night Me and Josh D lined up for an infamous rematch and once again he was snoring as the lights went and I got the win light. It was a sweet victory and sweet revenge for the last time we lined up in Monroe Some guys didn't want to race so they waited to closing time to pass tech inspection and by then they were arm dropping with no timing system, It was basically like Pinks All Out came back to shreveport. Well the track got oiled down and those few guys didnt get to make even one pass. Also, Chris A found out about the RAP ( retained accessory power ) system tonight while trying to break in Wayne's car. All in all a pretty good night.
