The right stall for you will depend on the power curve your motor is making....there is also more to a convertor than just stall speed.
If some one asks what "stall" I have in my car I tell them a 3200...but it flashes to 4000 or so on Motor and 5200 or so on the 200 shot.
I would hit up the transmission/convertor sponsors so you can go over your combo and what you are wanting out of the car and they can help you pick the right one.

3800-4000 stall, very good street manors, most popular for a street car.
or
4200-4400 stall, this will get you the best 60 possible, traction/suspension mods are necessary. If you get it to hook, hold on!
I'm not sure which way to go, I dont plan on hitting the car with more then a 150 shot with the nano and rather the car move out on motor hard and then the sprays just a little extra
If you are trying to maximize the current setup and are willing to replace the stall in the future go with the higher stall speed.
