Would you by chance have dyno graphs? With spray if you had it. Thanks man that would help me see what your talking about. I get it and all but seeing a graph helps it sink in lol.

Thats not to bad. Seems a little peaky but not as much as I was expecting. What kind of mileage do you get after the cam? Not that its that important but just curious lol.

Not as much as I was expecting. Looks to be a good cam but not the curve I was looking for. Thanks for the post and graph man. I appreciate it.

it would be different if they didnt think they were gods gift to tech and took what i said as a decent response to this thread, but they decided to do nothing but bash and talk down instead of productively helping the OP like the thread was meant to be....thats great that they are the big nitrous dogs, but they act like a high school kid with a 5-spd honda..

everyone thats knocking about the MS3 power band either Dont have the cam and are going by what people say or have never ridden in/driven/owned a MS3 car with the RIGHT gearing.
I will admit right now, with the stock 3.42's, The power band was high. It pulled like a bat out of hell between 4-6800rpms. This didnt bother me, because when your racing you should never be below 3800rpms to begin with!
Then I added 4.10's to my setup and Holy **** did it really wake up the power band. The power is alot smoother, and It pulls the same from 3500rpms-6800rpms....all the way through the power band and the car can launch like a mother. It blows the tires off from a 50 roll to the point it gets squirly and I need to lift.
It all comes down to what setup your planning with...and by setup I mean what gears and what not.

I know theres no way to say this and not upset people but any way....
1. Everyone's cam in there car is the best... See the ms3 guys in here saying its the best...
2. Most guys only ever put 1 cam in or if there was 2 the first was a baby cam and the 2nd was 15 degrees bigger on both ends. so there knowledge is limited but again there cam is the best.
3. Most guys don't under stand there is no perfect shelf cam. each combo /owner wants/needs something different. So for guys with ported heads or fast 90's or 5000 stalls to tell a small bolt on guy with stock intake he needs the same cam they have is ubserd!
4. This is not a slight on the MS3 its a good cam for the right combo. But 95% of guys on here just know numbers at .05 and have no idea what lsa or lift or advance does. Its fine there are cam experts that do this for a living and can help you get the right cam. And if you do enough reading you will start to see a trend.

lol you guys seriously think a mid size cam, full weight, stock rear/gear, bolt ons, and STOCK ls6 heads with 150 is a 9.90 car?!? my car had stock wheels all around with bfg rears on my run too, completely stock inside and out, i'll gurantee your guys' 10 sec cam only cars are stripped out big and little'd DRAG CARS....lets compare apples to apples please...and for the record, just because my car isnt the fastest **** around (i dont want it to be because i still race on the street 10's is plenty) doesnt mean i dont have experience with fast cars, i have a friend with a 402 ls2 with stock l92 heads running 9.50's another H/C ls1 with 150 running 10.00's and a guy who just got his TSP lsx 427 300 shot dp fast 90/90 8.80 car..
And your car is a dog. It's not fast at all for what it is and 'because you race on the street' isn't really an excuse.
But on the other hand I know what it's like to commit to an argument even thought you've been proven wrong time and time again. I do it all the time on here. So more power to you on that part.

I have sprayed my Trex cam only full weight street car into the 10's for 5 years and it's ground on a 109.9 lsa. Still running going in my 66' chevelle! That being said if i had it all over i would have went with a smaller cam on a 114lsa like my buddies did and went low 10's on juice and had a better streetcar.
