6.24@ 110 1/8 mile
9.86 @ 139

This was a 150 shot ( 62N, 33F) HSW plate on real low bottle pressure due to a bad nitrous solenoid or something like that. Went 11.04 125 on motor the pass before with the nitrous converter in it.

There is more to come as we ran out of bottle to make any more changes and go quicker, next time out we will up the jets and shoot for that 5.9x 1/8 miles pass.

Anyways want to say thanks to HSW, Greg@FTI Converters, Mark Romans Designs Tuning, Theo@ Wizard Racing and all the many more who have helped us out.

Oh yea, garage built car that weighs 3380 pounds with me in it. Heavy son of a gun. will have video later.
Wow, that's pretty impressive for a true street/strip car. Your hard work has paid off. How low was the bottle pressure? We're sure it would be quicker with the proper PSI cause as you know, low bottle pressure is just like putting smaller n2o jets in. Maybe NANO is in your future? heavy car, LOL, hell my Vette weighs more than that...

Bottle pressure was 725-750 on the .86 pass. Yes pretty much had a smaller jet in it. It wasnt a problem getting the bottle up to temp, it was just solenoid not opening above 750psi, I dont see nano yet, ima keep it old school.

Maybe light to some, but heavy in the true lsx racecar stuff.

your really making me consider saying screw it with the 4l60 and just run a th400. I thought it would rob to much power to hit my goal org.

That is awsome and VERY impressive. Is your rear end narrowed any? Its always good to see hard time and work pay off like that! I like how simple it all is, nothing to crazy just very well put together! Congrats on the new best, it is really inspirational! Keep us updated when you get a new best!

Oh little off topic btw.

How did you times change from the 4l60e to the t400?

Also you said you put it down on the street aswell. How does the car feel from a roll with that trans.

The th400 is just so much simplier, people have been putting tons of power through them for a long time, I can get a better converter in there, dont have to deal with computer crap to mess that side up and its an easy trans brake setup.

No stock length 9 inch, I wish I would have narrowed it but I already had bogarts for stock length so I had to keep it stock length. Will keep people updated. Thanks for the kind words man.

Ummm hard to have a direct comparision based on converter differences and a bad 4l60 we had in it, but we went from 10.39 to 10.22 on a 150 between the 2, but we had a horrible converter for nitrous in both, so once I switched to the custom made FTI it all dropped.

I used to run it on the street with the 4l60, I havent really played with it with the 400 yet.

Its just the normal 400 gearing everybody uses, I forgot exactly, but we had this one laying around in the garage so we just through it in. It was one of my pops spares for his car. Built 15 years ago and hasnt missed a tick. We pulled fluid and it looks brand new.

Thanks everybody

impressive build, does your car have full suspension? i've got BMR subframe conectors, rear LCA's and an adjustable panhard bar, what would you recomend me buying next to add to my suspension? i want this thing to hook.

just curious, what are some easy-to-do weight reductions? because my 2000 camaro ss weighed 3780 with me in it and i'd like to knock off a couple hundred pounds without doing anything drastic...i just noticed your car weighs about 400 lbs less than mine, and im shootin for the 9's as well.
