Default What kind of plugs to run?

Hey guys I have a 07 LY6. Its a carbed motor with a NOS cheater plate. Looking to hit it with 175, then 200. What plug should I run. I used to run NGK 8s in my first gen chevy. But Im new to the LS motor.

I'd advise against a #6 plug on that size shot. Go with the heat range you already have (ngk 8). Just make sure it's non projected (part 1049)..

You might be able to get away with br7ef on the 200 but i would change over to some b8efs for the 200 just to be a little more safe. This is if you are still stock compression.. If you have upped compression i would definitely be in the 8's.

well we have some customers that cant find them any where. We stock them to send out with system and for the people that cant find them locally. Plus if we tune a car we like to have extras on hand to take with us.

Im doing a stock 9.9:1 compression 5.3 with an LS6 cam and a 150-175 shot, Would the #7's gaped to .035 be good for that shot and compression?
