I sprayed my car tonight, soon as i hit it the ses light came on.The code was po103 it has something to do with the mass air flow.What is this code? why did it throw it? It is a dry kit.

 

The code is MAF High Frequency... or basically your MAF is "seeing" such a high reading that the PCM is calling bullshit.

If you saw it from a dry kit, I am going to guess that you either froze one of your resistors (one of your resistors turned into an ice chunk) or your MAF is slightly damaged.

This code is usually thrown when the MAF is disconnected or not connected properly.

 

Johnster...Where is the nozzle installed in your LID? Is it right before the MAF? If it is the MAF is going to freeze like that everytime. Is it a dual nozzle system?

 

It is a single, I have sprayed it many times and it was doing find.It just did it this one time.I have not sprayed it again.What do yea think?

Hummm.... What kind of bottle pressure did you have when this happened? Was it kinda low? Where is the nozzle physically installed in the lid? Do you have pics? I would want it as far away from the MAF as possible. I bet the MAF just went bad because of the amount of nitrous that has hit it over time. IMOP I would replace the MAF and move the nozzle to one of the sides of the lid away from the MAF.. Hey guys turned the nozzle up alittle so it would hit the top of the lid.Sprayed the **** out of it last night,it ran good.No codes,ran 7.70 spinning 60's were 2.00. the best was 1.98
