Depend's.
Run two if you are running a 200+shot to keep the pressure consistent during a 1/4 run.
But if your just running on the street and want to save a few buck's, one bottle will be just fine.

If you can, log your pressure during a run and see what happens. Or, make an eighth mile pass and weigh the bottle before and after. Id bet you don't use more than 3-4 lbs a pass. A 10 lb bottle will start to drop off pressure once there is about 5-6 lbs left. One 10 lb bottle will will suffice there, but if you ever plan to make 1/4 mile hits a 15lb bottle wouldnt hurt either. Ideally if you are racing the car competitively you would have multiple bottles and put a fresh one in each pass to maintain consistency.

With this kind of shot I would definitely use a bigger bottle and maybe even add a 2nd one to the system. It will ensure that you have more consistent pressure and don't see so much pressure drop through the pass. I know with the 15lb bottles we only got 2-3 good passes out of them on a similar shot before we would see pressure issues.

I have data on 10lb vs 15lb bottles.... It was only about a 25psi difference on 1600pph
With a 10 lb bottle definitely only 1 pass per bottle, even with a 15 I would keep it to 1 pass ( I wouldn't run a 15 lb bottle down to 8lbs). Going to dual 10lb bottles would only be an option of swapping bottles between runs isn't an option... Why carry the added weight.... Also if making 1 run per bottle isn't an option, look into nano or other push type systems if permitted

I've never had luck with nano on anything over 200. If anyone has tips on making nano reliable on a 300+, please chime in as I have 3 nano setups sitting around...

Its all in the valving... if the nitrogen or compressed air from the nano cant fill the headspace of the nitrous bottle as fast as the nitrous is leaving, you will have falling bottle pressure.
Ive seen conventional pusher systems that flow more than adequate for 500+...
