Default ALMOST done plumbing 2 stage Sheetmetal Intake

After I dont know how many Hours I am almost to DONE plumbing my Sheetmetal Intake.

The 2nd stage on the top on the intake was a piece of cake to plumb, It just consists of NOS Nozzles, an NX Distribution block, 3/16 SS Lines, 1 Nos Big Shot Nitrous Noid, and 1 NOS Cheater Fuel Noid, It Currently has 200 Horse Jets in it

As you can see I also installed a Set of Wilson Burst Discs to prevent damage to my intake during a nitrous backfire.

The first stage has been a ROYAL PITA all the foggers are so close to each other, I really had to come up with some creative ways of bending to make everything clear, plus it is going to be another chore modifing the valley cover to clear the lines. Putting the bungs on the bottom of the intake was not my idea (The intake builder did it), and I really dont think it was the best place to put them because of the plumbing issues. Anyway the 1st stage consists of TNT Fogger Nozzles, 4 tnt Distribution blocks, 3/16 ss line, 2 Nos Pro-Race Nitrous Noids, and 2 NOS Cheater Fuel Noids and it is currently jetted at 300 horse

The only thing keeping me from finishing now is more SS line, I need to order some more from Nitrous Dave

I was wondering how you were gonna do that with the underside jets almost in line with each other. I bet you're a tubing bending expert by now
Let us know when you figure out how to modify the valley cover, I'd like to see how it turns out.

Great job, man. It looks absolute wicked!

Im not expert, just someone that has got to a lot of pratice

as for modifing the valley cover I plan on cutting the middle out, droping it about 1 inch and welding it back together, or so the plan goes

If you dont get into the 8s man you need to give my buddies a call over at ICON Autosports in Houston. Your setup looks killer.. Hopefully youll go as deep in the 8s as your hoping, because you should get there on a 500 shot.

Looks good man. I really wish I knew you were going this nuts I would have done the fittings on the outside of the runners. I hope you get all of this to fit.

We I put the intake on the car last night, and there is NO way to mod the valley cover enough to clear, I emailed nate @ nasty performance, and asked him how much to have bungs installed on the top of the intake here is his reply

I will see what I can do about getting it done asap week tops and I will cover it for you as I want this thing to work for you. Mark where you think it should go out of the way of the injectors and send me a couple of the Nozzles with. You can visualize it better than I can you have it sitting in front of you.

Its hard to find someone that actually believes in customer service anymore, I didnt expect him to do it for free, I was fully planning on paying for it all I can say is NATE IS GREAT
