Default Easy NOS kit to fit on LS6

Is there a simple kit that can be fitted to an LS6 engine?

Std but with a 17hp ecu upgrade - I prosume this would stay untouched?

Not in a Vette - TVR.

Cheers Jon

Jon,
This post is a little hard to follow. This is what I got from it.You are looking for a easy, uder freindly kit to install on your LS6 ingine. The car is stock other that a custom tune which gained you 17 hp.Its not in a vette but in a TVR.What is a TVR? Did I get most of this right?
If so The easy to install kit but great quality would be the Nitrous Express Stage 1 system. If you have custom tunning that advances timing you may need to pull some timing out.
Hope this helped.
Thanks
Dave

The DynoTune LS6 nitrous kit is available in the UK through www.turbobits.co.uk
It is a turn key system made for the LS6.

Sorry I sounded confused - Engine will be standard bar a 17bhp extra ecu tune over a standard LS6 - would that be 422hp at the flywheel (how accuracte woul that be high or low if actually dyno'ed).

A TVR is one of these - very light about 1.1 tonnes - was a 302 Buick / Rover engine in 275hp spec.

I'll check the links posted.

Dave - checked the site. I have seen a clip from a Scandalous Street Racing page that does a quick plum in of a bottle system to rental car - not sure I want to change the MAF. Like the system on here http://www.scandalousracing.com/videos/ the miami vette.

How easy is it to plumb the Incognito system in? And presumably I could get order it with a larger bottle?

The Kit we used on our Scandalous vette was good for up to 300 horspower and we put it together.....If you run just a simple 150 dry shot, its plug and play, you dont need to change anything!
And you can put the bottle just about anywhere and activate it from just about anything.

Nice car! I thought the TVR's were powered for the 4.6 Mustang motor??

Dyno Tune gets my vote.

Oh, is there any difference between yours and I think it's a TVR speed 12??

TVR! I wish the US got some of those awesome european cars like the TVR, Spyker, Opel speedster, etc. Those kits above should be good, there are plenty of easy kits that don't require big mods.

Joey - they run Rovers (which is a bored and stroke olds engine from the mid 50's - to 5.0litre good torque, reasonable power.)

Not really related to the Speed 12 (very loosely in looks) they only ever made a few of these - they had hand welded blocks (steel) with Tuscan (straight 6 4v head 4.0 litre) and these 7.7 litre MONTSERS were good for around 800bhp without air restrictors (650 with) - they were way to fast (Mclaren F1 and then some pace) so they never got any onto the road for real clients only racers. Not just straight ine cars either.

http://www.ultimatecarpage.com/frame...php&carnum=799

The top cars they make now are a Supercharged 4.0 with 500bhp weighing approx 2400! Mental.............

My vote (I like dry) is the versitile NOS 5177 dry that works great on the ls1/ls6. Check out my web site for some installed photos. Check links for some good n2o information.
