i was wondering with the 860 bracket can a 15 lb bottle fit in the spare tire area?

Somone asked this same question before the search went to poop and IIRC the answer was yes but you might have to be creative in terms of your mounting solution.

Its tight for sure. expecially with an opener.
you will have to shim the front of the bottle up and probably remove the speaker.
here's mine that i'm installing right now.

ok sounds good....i wanna try and deal without removing the speaker though caz im a street car but we will see what happens

just the little mid-range speaker would have to be removed. The tweater can stay. the sub speakers are the back seat so I don't think there would be much change in sound quality
