Yeah, single stage with a maximizer controlling it in each gear, probably only going to use 20 - 40-60% total in 1st and 2nd and 50-100% in 3rd and 4th over .7 - 1.0 phasing it in. Damn C5 trannies.....

As I said on over at CF, looks good. Very cool with a high CDI factor (Chicks Dig It).

Thanks guys, we machined the distribution blocks out of a solid piece of 6061-T6 aluminum. Once the tubes are finished everything is going to get anodized. Can you say 400 shot here we come.

Everything is done now....we need to run the 1/4" lines from the main dist. blocks to the Y blocks. Should we:

1) Use 45 degree fittings on the 8 way blocks and hope it works
2) Come directly across the intake and hook to opposite side?

I agree, that was the only thickness 6061 I could get my hands on quick and free of charge!

42# injectors and a D.P. looks like somebody's playing in my world. The problem i had was 'splitting' the stock rail so the injectors seated well.
Hawk (I'm D.P. through injector nozzles)

What about using short or long turn 90*'s (sweep 90*'s) out of your blocks, for no flow restriction. Or you could use some braided lines and "y" fittings. If you think the blocks are to big, why not have them machined to a narrower profile? I think it looks good, and very unique.
