Default Numbers on the kit for h/c/i z06

Car made 575 and 600 torque on the 100 shot. This was on a mustang dyno. I am not sure if it might have been higher on a dynojet, but my cobra read 50 rwhp lower on this dyno then it did on a dynojet (cobra actually dynoed the same on 2 different dynojets).

I ran out of pump in the 6k rpm range so a little 100 octane solved the problem. Car started out rich (in the 10s) in the lower rpms and tapered off.

I am installing a fuel pump next week. Hoping for some crazier numbers next week. This kit is an NOS wet shot with an msd window switch, fuel pressure safety switch, and WOT switch.

Wow, that some nice numbers, and an easy 10.xx car. I made bests of 550rwhp and 665rwtq on my LS6. You are still running the LS6, right? Boy get that beast to the track, and post up your times as those Z06's are just aching to be driven hard. Have ya seen the "Fast List" for the C5 Z06 over at vetteforum?

Awesome results!!! I see you're going to go ahead and upgrade the pump, eh? Are you on stock injectors? Also, what nitrous kit are you running?

I'd love to see the dyno sheet. I'm hoping mine will be finished up this week.

Im going to get some more solid numbers on a dynojet. I raced a trans am with a 402 saturday night with spray. I used a different bottle to try and spray against him and the bottle ended up being stone cold. Still beat him though. Raced a turbo fox body that beat a 130 mph bike. Got the bottle up to temp and the kit hit hard. Beat him pretty easily as well.

I am not having any injector problems, just pump problems. The fuel to air would come out to 12.2-12.3, but this was at the pipe, and not the 02. So, i figure there is some room for error. Im not going to chance it though, and just going to put a bigger pump. Crazy thing is that my fuel to air ratio in the low/mid rpm range was in the 10.0s. So there is some more room for more! I just cannot wait to put the 200 pills in see which happens first. My shortblock gets built or my motor blows up

Honestly, the car hits so hard on the spray, it is scary. I really dont like spraying it. I am running a h/c/i setup on a stock bottom end so i dont know why it might be difficult to see such a nice gain on a 100 shot. The air was a little cooler then when I dynoed the numbers listed in my sig.

The stock pump is generally considered good to 500/550rwhp, and it sounds to me also that your running out of pump. Just be carfull on your torque down low, that's what will kill the stock lower end. if ya go up in size a dual stage or progressive would do wonders to save the motor. Did you see the thread on how/when/where I blew my bonestock longblock LS6? Keep us updated.

i wouldnt up the shot without a fuel system, you are already past the limit. like robert said 500-550(dynojet)rwhp is about it. 575rwhp on a mustang is 600+ on a dynojet

I did not plan on upping the shot until the fuelpump goes in. I have a fuelpump ordered and on the way.

I plan on blowing up the engine due to gobs of torque, not fuel problems

Im already pricing out a built 402. Nitrous is too much.

Some video of me on the juice!

Video car is a single turbo fox body, white t/a is a cam/stall/longtube firehawk with 150 shot.
