my car is 2700lbs with a 3500 stall and 3.73 gear. i sprayed a 50 this weekend with my switch set to 3000rpm, it dropped my 1/8 mile times from a 7.55 to a 6.93. this is a cam only motor. i want to drop my ets to low 6s ,is anyone spraying over a 100 shot this low in the band. thanks

If it were my car I would not spray under 3000rpm but a lot of people do and get by with it.Its a risk only you can decide if you want to take or not.

It will just flash the converter more the lower you spray it.
I have sprayed mine as low as 1800rpm with no problems.

took me a minute to grow the ***** to do this, but it took spraying @ 2200rpms to lower my 60' to a 1.45 from a low 1.5 spraying @ 3000

I would not do it with a manual because if the car bogs it could backfire.

its not going to bog an auto, just flash the converter.

Under 3000rpm can also damage the the rods and pistons, because of the extreme load that comes from the torque that is produced from the nitrous. Bent rods and broke ring landing and even herd of broke cranks from to big of a shot at to low of rpm.

If its an auto there is no load untill the converter has flashed which is over 3000 rpm on any aftermarket converter.

below 3R's,,,,seen one too many things go wrong. When you break something that "isn't" supposed to break, prb not a good choice....

with an auto it will be fine it really wont help much below 2500 or so anyways...the stall might flash to 3500 on motor...with the window at 3000 might flash to 4000 with the window at 1500 it might flash to 4200
