Default New TCI stall converter for sale

I have a new TCI converter that was installed, but the car was never fired and ran. So, it was just mocked up and never used. I`ll give the info from TCI site on the stall


TCI #890-242800

Breakaway Lock-Up Torque Converter
GM
1984-97 700R4, 4L60, 4l60e upto 97 f-body and 98 trucks and all 200C, 2004R
30 Spline
1.703'' Crank Pilot
12'' Diameter

It will fit 4l60e non-LS1 vehicles as well. Stalls about 1000 RPM above stock converter. Retails for $425
