Heads ported by Jason Short (LT1 section mod) I bought these heads from a member on here and he had this to say. He ran a cc306 stock shortblock. Best run on bald street tires in the 1/8 was 8.3 at 92.8mph (no traction obviously). They have 4k miles on them. valvesprings have plenty of life in them. Never dyno'd the car, never flowed the heads, but almost 93 mph in the 1/8 in a full weight car says I'm making over 400 rwhp and a BUNCH of midrange to pull that with 3.42 gears.


-full intake/exhaust port and polish
-combustion chamber reworked, unshrouded valves, and polished
-stock valves
-competition valve job
-milled .005"
-918 beehive springs (1.76 installed height)
-Comp Cams guideplates
-guides machined down for better wirelock valve seals
-57cc combustion chambers

I did another set of heads for a local friend at the same time I ported these. Same exact porting/parts. He had them on his 383 with a CC306 and made 436rwhp/422rwtq. So, they have the potential to work well on mild strokers.
