What happened? Something major or are you just upgrading engines?
I've taken these engines out the bottom and through the top. If you're doing a crate engine swap or something where it's a quick swap, taking it out the bottom is probably easier. I personally like the ability to have the car mobile afterward (at least a roller), so I took mine out the top. That way I can still move the car around without the engine. If you take it out of the bottom, then the car is pretty much stationary until you either get it back in, or bolt up the kmember/suspension afterward which adds more work IMO....

Thanks man, I had a 02 Z28 before this one. It was sunset orange metallic car. It was all stock, with an Auto. I found this one and it wasn't that much more money then what i got out of the z28, and had about the same amount of miles on it, so seemed like I was getting more car for the money. This one is still stock also but its a 6 speed and it has the blackwing and cme. The 6 speed gets quite a bit better milage, with how I drive it averages about 5 more mpg which is nice.
A cruise could be fun where are you guys thinking you would go?

They're gonna be great, can't wait to put the rebuilt rear under the car. Trying to find some arp bearing cap studs first though, I know they're out there, but I'm struggling with finding them. If you need that crush sleeve back, let me know. I ended up not needing it thanks to the rear I bought from Cody, it's just sitting on the shelf.
