I bought a FAST, but sold it to Poncho. No on the heads. Just a custom spec Patrick G cam along with some upgraded parts for the valvetrain.

That's funny. His most recent 4th gen that we know of was a 454 SS that put down like 521. I did notice a little bit of a difference with the fast, I noticed it spins harder in 2nd now. I made a video of me doing 30-80 in 3rd before the install now I gotta do another one and see if I can tell.

What are the specs on the cam (if you dont mind telling, or at least close to what you got). Are you planning on getting some heads now or just run it cam and bolt on only?

Donkey dick is the only way to go for a cam. Who needs power under 3K when you racing 1/4 mile lol. The only thing I don't like about my cam is starting off on a hill and hitting cam surge that **** sucks

I just checked out PIR's schedule and it looks like they have late night drags going every weekend from now until Friday, October 29th!! Wooohooo,,,, still a remote chance for me to get a 10 sec slip this year.

I'm gonna be working hard on the car this week getting it ready for this coming Friday night. Probably won't be completely tuned yet but at least I can work on dialing in those new shocks I bought two months ago and haven't been able to use..... Let's hope for some good weather this coming weekend.
