Already have. He said the D-1 would work perfect with my cam and current set up. This would be the way I would really like to go. I'm just not sure what all I would need to upgrade with one. I'm guessing I would need a new fuel pump...not sure what else being I haven't looked into it to deep yet.

He sells it all together as a kit including the injectors. He says the only thing you will need is a tune. Oh and tires

I'm not sure, probably 600. I know Chris Stewart was running 700 on his stock ls6 for a while with his tt kit from turbo technology in tacoma.

Yeah from I've read 600 is about it just depends if you wanna push it.
If he does go forged then just do pistons and rods.

See that's just the thing....I can't see spending all the money on something like this and only push 4-5 PSI because of stock internals. If I am going to put on a D-1, then I am going to do it forged so I can push 600+ and not worry. Another reason why some nice AI 243/799 casting might play in better for my build.

Well if you really really want to be safe then forged the whole thing if that's what you're talking about. But if you're only going to plan on like 750-850 WHP then only do rods and pistons. I've looked everywhere online about how much our cranks can take and all I got was anywhere from 900-1400 whp. And no one has broke one..lol..
But what ever floats your boat..
Well when mine gets done you can just go from there

What does [center] mean in your "SIG" list? Is that some kind of internal blower designed by NASA?

hey todd, you may wanna look into upgrading your t56 internals aswell as yoke and drive line if your shooting for 600 plus ponies. you will need to upgrade your fuel pump aswell for sure. a stock unit will not support the flow needed for that beast i think they are good for like 450-500 horse or something?

So I was letting somebody test drive my cherokee and I thought the tranny was at a loss of first gear but during the test drive it started working. He didn't buy it yesterday but he said he will be back Monday to buy it. I don't want to sell it for $500 with a working tranny. It's worth more than that. What should I tell him?
