I would suspect you're right about the IC. Interesting, that's a first I've heard. But if the solder joints are good, then what else is there.

Color FX on Columbia can powder coat them for 50 bucks a wheel. I want mine white, . America's tire is 8 bucks a wheel for dismount and stem removal. 16 bucks a wheel going back on. You'll need adapters for the back wheels. J have them. Lol. So does Steven. Selling a pair for 40 bucks.
