Tims new (to him) 03 short bed Chevy ran a 15.5 against my 00 Tahoe that ran a blistering 16.85 lol.... I wanted to get a baseline run so I know about what it will run with the new engine and T56 combo. Hoping to run some mid/low 13's when its all said and done.

Brandon, good to see you too man. Hope to see your car running this year. Would be really cool to see you and Tmoney run.

Wow Mike that IS a slow turd LOL. Angii's Equinox ran 17.0x's, the best I've gotten out of the truck has been 14.86. Taking the bike out testing tomorrow. Hopefully run some 8.4x's. Hey that is half your time Admittedly maybe only 1/8th the weight.

Yeah its a heavy turd. Had it on the scale last week and it was 5480 lbs with full tank of fuel.

I want to run it again after the gear and 6 speed swap. Plus it should lose around 300-400 lbs with all the 4wd components. Might just give old Timmy a better run.

You're removing the 4WD components?

Yeah it was fun. I just wanted to get some baseline runs so two passes was all I needed. First run was at idle off the line and ran a 16.85, second was run was up on the converter and ran a 16.87.... Not much of a difference. I might have picked up a tenth or two with my shift points being corrected but I'm not sweating that.

Thank you. Not much to tell about the car yet. She's a mostly stock 02 Blk A4 WS6 only things done so far are SLP lid (picked it up from a guy in Salem for $50 with k&n filter, cleaner and recharger), SLP LM1 and just installed Speed Engineering LT's with ORY (which don't fit so good ). Looking into a mail order tune to get rear o2's removed and the usual baseline mods in check.

Yikes. 5:13 is pretty low. Planning on a rear swap as well? With 6 gears, is it okay to daily drive something with that low of gearing?
