It hydrolocked itself. There is about a 2" hole in the block above the starter and it cracked my oil pan. Thats my plan for it. I will be looking for a new block now and I hope my crank is good.

Holy crap man! How did it hydro-lock? Did it blow a head gasket without knowing and the coolant seaped into the cylinder overnight or were you driving through a big puddle and it sucked up water? Damn,,,, that's hella bad news and very sorry to hear about that.

If it cracked the pan,,,, it may have taken a rod with it.

At least you have a reason to finally put in new motor mounts that you've been wanting to do

If its outside and raining hard can water get in through the nostrils?

Oh heck yeah it can. After I took the plastic ducts out from behind the ram air nostrils, I drove it to Wongs and it was pouring out, and when I got to his shop I checked my air filter and it was soaked. Another reason I don't drive in crap conditions.

so even tho it was sitting, water can get in there. So my guess is, raining like a ****, water got in the nostrils, water now sitting in the intake, boom.

Suck and I hope you get her/him back on the road soon.

Wow! I didn't know they would design something that would have water to go through it. Sounds like you need to ditch the hood and get a cowl hood.
