Default How to bring down the price of a new Z06?

Release a version that puts out over 600hp. Some of the info over on the corvette forums has one of the engineers talking about the test mule being 680hp!! http://www.autoweek.com/apps/pbcs.dl.../60501021/1024

I wonder what that lil gem will cost?
And when will it start bringing down the cost of a nice used C5 Z06?

Good freaking idea. They're just on that cusp that semi rich people can afford it but most don't have the sense to drive while the super rich always have something else to drive and their supercars are just to show off.

I wholeheartedly agree on the driving school. I think any driver with 1:10 or better power:weight ratio should take a performance driving course. I'm sure it would keep the insurance companies happy too.

The cost is speculated to be north of $100k. So if you have that at $100k and the Z06 at $75k something has got to give. Who knows, maybe the SS will be the one that drops in value because the Z is a better value. Either way, we all win.

HEY..

they have told us over and over again the "Blu Devil" did not exist...OR that it holds the un-offical record at Nurnberg(sp)
