Getting caught racing in a city that hosts the only NHRA track in the Puget Sound? Are they retarded?

Oh yeah... those idiots are out there every freakin' Friday and Saturday night in the valley. I keep waiting to hear about two of the morons racing, losing control, and hitting a bunch of the same kind of morons standing around watching.

Maybe then they'll learn a lesson and actually make use of the track instead of doing stupid **** on the streets and in the parking lots of businesses.

I keep thinking a few of us should roll down there in our cars (NOT to race, just to talk) & try to get them interested in the CCC.

Well the BIGGEST problem right now is once we get them to the track to play they have to put up with the horrible track management. They do not want to get yelled at by some idiot any more then anyone else and it just proves there case for not going to the track.

We,the racers, need to get together in a unified movment and track to the track about the managment conditions and what we can all do to improve it so we CAN actually work on this problem. Hell a city with one of the Best NHRA tracks this year has the people more willing to go to jail then go to the track.

That says alot right there.

Do not associate the kids in Kent with the true NW street racers.

BTW, 440 miles to go.

I've heard this from multiple sources. The Kent group is/was the worst behaved group in the state. The full story explains that this was done as the result of years of complaints from local business owners and thousands upon thousands of dollars of damage.

BTW, 440 miles to go for what? Breaking in a new clutch?

PR is entering a boat at the upcoming hydro races: Miss Management

The extent of disorganization and lack of any planning was never more obvious to me than this year. You know why.

That's one of the reasons I haven't gone there--and I only live about a mile from the place. I continually read about this issue and having to spend 2-3 hours to get in one run. I don't have that much spare time and don't care to spend it dealing with yahoos. Not saying they all are, just hear that a lot. If I'm going to spend time and money there, I expect to be treated with respect--just like anywhere else.

Yes. I would like to remove the ranking of #21 and being the slowest GTO in the NW [per ls2gto.com]
