Default Rear bumper crack/split... Plastic weld?

I recently got my first Trans Am. Its a 2000 ws6.

It has a crack in the lower rear section of the rear bumper. The crack/split is around 5 to 6 inches long and is right by the rear wheel well. It is connected at the top of the split, but from there down its a flap and not touching.

There is what appears to be some kind of orange'ish looking glue on both parts. Its obvious that the previous owner tried to glue it back together and failed.

Is there a plastic weld or glue that will hold this flap back to the rear bumper?

Thanks!

PIC: Please excuse the poor quality.

Best product is panel bond by 3m, but you need a specific applicator gun which is $55, on top of $35 for the panel bond itself.

Ouch. Is there another way?

$100 plus paint is better than a new bumper and paint...

a decent plastic welder kit will cost way more than $90
another alternative is a flexible epoxy, with the 2-sided repair technique

Im ok with fixing it good enough for now. What epoxy will hold it best for a few months?
I just dont want my new TA to have a flapper when I take it out for the first time.

I had no idea it would come to putting a new bumper on it to save money.
What are the odds of finding an Artic White TA bumper for cheap?
