Yes they are stainless steel, and yes the Y pipe is a 3" off road version that necks down to 2.75" to connect to OEM and 99% of the catbacks out there
They are Brand New in the Kooks box. I can take pictures of the sealed boxes but I am not ripping apart the staples to take pictures of the actual headers sorry. Kooks has pictures of their website if you want to know what they look like.
